About Me

Marcus has dedicated over 20 years to the health and wellness industry, where he has owned and operated two multi-location businesses that have positively impacted tens of thousands of people. With a deep-rooted passion for fitness, Marcus specializes in athletic training, injury prevention, recovery, and anti-aging stretching. In addition to his hands-on experience, he also runs a certification company that educates trainers, massage therapists, and physical therapists on innovative stretching techniques that improve clients' alignment.

For the past 12 years, Marcus has honed his strategic business skills in areas like brand marketing, business launch, and development. He has successfully leveraged these skills to coach other business owners, helping them with their marketing creation, development, and growth.

Marcus and his wife, Tara, both originally from the DC Metro area, now reside in Tampa, Florida, where they are actively involved in their community with their four children.

An accomplished author, Marcus has penned three books in the personal development space. He is passionate about coaching others to achieve success in their lives, believing in the power of positive influence.
